Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated based on Washington D.C. tax rates and added at checkout.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, due to product availability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
• Product images are representative. Actual arrangements may vary slightly based on seasonal flower availability while maintaining the same quality and value.

• We deliver within a maximum radius of 57 miles from our Washington D.C. studio. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time, subject to driver availability.
• Delivery windows are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will follow any special instructions provided. If none are given, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion, and we are not responsible for theft or damage thereafter.

• We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Card data is never stored on our servers.
• By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.
• In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution.
• Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellations

• Standard orders: may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
• Same-day orders: cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
• Custom and event orders: require 72 hours' notice for cancellation.
• Wedding packages: subject to the terms in your signed contract.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, text, logos, and design — is the property of Tempo Lazer LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written consent.

• The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempo Lazer LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington D.C.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
