All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are entered directly into Stripe's encrypted interface and are never sent to or stored by Tempo Lazer. We store only the last four digits of your card and the payment method type for your reference.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Delivery partners: your name, address, and phone number are shared with our delivery team to fulfill your order.
• Stripe: payment and billing details as described above.
• Email service provider (SendGrid): your email address is used to send order confirmations and, if opted in, marketing emails.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): anonymized usage data to understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or staff.

• Session cookies: used by Supabase to keep you signed in securely.
• Local storage: your cart contents and dark/light theme preference are saved locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.
• Google Analytics: loaded after a short delay to minimize performance impact. Collects anonymized page-view and engagement data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

• Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
• Account data (profile, loyalty points) is kept while your account is active.
• If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Analytics data (anonymized) is retained per Google's standard retention schedule.
