Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following states:

  • Washington, D.C.
  • Virginia
  • Maryland

International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery Windows

Standard deliveries are made Monday through Sunday between 9 AM and 9 PM. You can select a preferred delivery time window during checkout:

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning)
  • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Afternoon)
  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Late Afternoon)
  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Evening — Express/Same-Day only)

Holiday & Peak Season Delivery

We deliver during holidays including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other major occasions. Due to high demand:

  • We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance
  • Delivery fees may be higher during peak periods
  • Specific time windows may not be available
  • Some delivery options may have earlier cutoff times

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive SMS and email updates with delivery status. For same-day orders, our team will contact you directly if any issues arise.

Personal Delivery Only

To guarantee the quality and cinematic presentation of our arrangements, we manage all deliveries in-house. We do not ship flowers via third-party couriers (like FedEx or UPS) as we believe the personal touch of a hand-delivery is essential to the luxury experience.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the driving distance from our private studio at 1508 Columbia Road NW, Washington DC 20009, to the recipient's address.

Standard Fee Schedule:

  • Base Rate: $15.00 (up to 6 miles)
  • Additional Distance: +$5.00 for every additional 3 miles
  • Max Range: 57 miles from our studio

This distance-based model ensures we can provide fresh, hand-delivered arrangements across the entire DMV metro area. For a precise quote, please enter the delivery address during the first step of checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, no one being present, or inability to gain access, we will contact you immediately to arrange a re-delivery.

Re-delivery fees may apply. Flowers left unattended in extreme temperatures are not covered under our quality guarantee.
