Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns of arrangements. Flowers are classified as "perishable goods" and are generally exempt from standard return policies under consumer protection guidelines.

However, we guarantee the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied, we handle all issues with the following commitments:

• If flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
• We will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Quality claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

• Standard orders: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
• Custom and event orders: Require 72 hours notice for cancellation.
• Wedding packages: Subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract.
• Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once the preparation process has begun.

All arrangements are composed fresh on the day of delivery. We guarantee that flowers will maintain their beauty for a minimum of:

• Standard bouquets: 5–7 days with proper care
• Premium arrangements: 7–12 days with proper care
• Orchid arrangements: 4–8 weeks with proper care
